I enjoy teaching sessions that will challenge and improve your core strength and stability. I wanted to build a studio that delivers well-taught classes that are inclusive . Pilates is something to be enjoyed and is for everyone. Giving people power in their bodies.

At Studio 10, I teach Hatha Yoga. The class is suitable for all, including beginners. It combines poses, movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. A fun class that helps improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

I have been teaching yoga since 2019 and am truly passionate about sharing the teachings of the practice. In my classes we flow between postures which help to build both strength and flexibility in the body, whilst remaining mindful of our breathing and how the movements feel. All are welcome!

My Hatha classes are bespoke for my students so everyone is welcome. It doesn’t matter what you look like, what you are wearing or where you are in your yoga journey! I tailor classes for all levels of yoga student: modifying for injury, working on specific areas and most importantly meeting you where you are. Classes build on strength, mobility and flexibility through movement, balance and myofascial release.
