Feeling a little overwhelmed or slightly anxious? Are you rather fed up or a bit down in the dumps? Could your body do with a good stretch? Perhaps your brain needs a rest, to switch off and to tune into what is going on inside the physical you. It might only be 30 minutes but it is amazing what you can achieve if you give yourself a chance to have a breather. This class is designed to leave you feeling a little lighter, like you have just given yourself a hug. Book now.
