With a blend of slow flow, breathwork, and meditation, this class will help you rise into your weekend feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for whatever comes next. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, mindful start to Saturday.

EVENING REST 

End your day with a calming mix of gentle stretching, mindful movement, and deep relaxation. This class blends slow, fluid flows with grounding stretches to help you release tension, reset, and find balance. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with themselves, and ease into a peaceful evening.

HATHA YOGA 

Finish the week with a hatha yoga class. Classes are bespoke for students so everyone is welcome. It doesn’t matter what you look like, what you are wearing or where you are in your yoga journey! Classes are tailored for all levels of yoga student: modifying for injury, working on specific areas and most importantly meeting you where you are. Classes build on strength, mobility and flexibility through movement, balance and myofascial release.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA 

A dynamic yoga class where breath guides movement through a flowing sequence of poses. Building strength, enhancing  flexibility and mobility, with mindful transitions. A balanced practice that will finish in a mindful relaxation, suitable for all levels.
