PAUSE & PILATES

Suitable for beginners and anyone needing a bit of a break. This much needed time for you will incorporate very gentle pilates to allow you to connect to your core and to realign your posture. You will be guided through a whole body relaxation giving you the opportunity to reset your nervous system, followed by an uplifting meditation.

HYPOPRESSIVES

Get ready to kick start your pelvic floor and core healing journey with our introductory Hypopressives workshop. This revolutionary exercise practice is an incredible way to create optimal function of your core and pelvic floor. Hypopressives are proven to heal and prevent leaking, prolapse, and diastasis recti (ab separation). They’re a beautiful practice to support all of us, but particularly beneficial to support postnatal healing (no matter how long ago you were pregnant), perimenopause symptoms, menopause and for all who want to remain strong, supported and able to tackle the challenges life throws at us! In this workshop, you will learn the unique breathwork, some poses, and a short flow to jump start your healing journey. This flow is then all yours to be practiced at home whenever you’d like and you will get follow up videos to support your future practice at home. We will learn about how to support your pelvic floor and core in a fun, relaxing and modern way…don’t worry, it’s not Kegels! Following this, you will be able to join our 1:1 Programmes or Intermediate classes. It will be relaxed and informal and don’t worry, there are no expectations for you to have any level of fitness or know anything about Hypopressives before you come. We run this workshop every other month – open to absolutely everyone. If you have a young baby and would like to bring them along too just drop us a message.

We finish with a cuppa and chat if you wanted to stay for the extra 30mins 🙂 P.S. We love to work with groups of friends in a private session so if you have a tribe of friends you would like to book a personalised session with please get in touch to arrange (groups must be 4 adults or more).
