MENO FIT  35-60

Tuesday 8pm    Age 35+ 

This course helps you prepare for the natural changes that come with life after 35, such as reduced oestrogen, loss of muscle mass, and increased risk of osteoporosis and bone fragility. It also addresses the impact of peri menopause and beyond, including pelvic floor weakness. Through targeted exercises, you’ll learn how to strengthen and protect your pelvic floor, ease any symptoms, and build resilience. Our aim is to keep you exercising with confidence, jumping, running, or simply enjoying everyday life, while giving you the tools for a stronger, healthier, and symptom free future.

Prevention of pelvic floor issues
Symptomatic postnatal women
Symptomatic eg:- Dragging, heaviness, stress incontinence
Pre menopausal

MENO FIT 55+  

Tuesday 10.30am – Suitable for those in or post-menopause

Supporting your strength, longevity, and quality of life after menopause. No age is too late to start, whether 55 or 75, learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor, core, and full body strength while embracing a confident, healthy new you.

Suitable for:
Those in or post menopause
People wishing to focus on strength training for longevity and anti fragility. Especially pelvic floor, core.
