STUDIO 10

BEGINNERS PILATES

Whether you’re a complete beginner, or an advanced client looking to go back to basics and rebuild your foundations, our beginners Pilates will ease you into the practice and help you build your confidence.

We believe that good basic technique is paramount to success. If you are new to Pilates, it’s important to start with a beginners Pilates class to allow you to learn the foundations of good technique before progressing.

Our beginners class will teach you how to connect your deep support muscles, which is the key to faster progression. Learn our basic principles, technique and basic exercises to introduce you to the practice. However, don’t be fooled by the word ‘basic’, you’ll still get a challenging workout.

The goal is to deliver a class that will teach you the fundamentals, improve and build stability and control, and allow you to leave the class feeling confident as you start your Pilates journey. Pilates re-educates the body, so we put emphasis on learning to connect your deep musculature, so you can be sure the right muscles are doing the right job!

If this sounds like the perfect class for you, book onto your first class using the link below!
