POLICY & PROCEDURES

CLIENTS

Clients must not attend if:

  • They have symptoms such as new cough, high temperature, breathing difficulties or any cold/flu symptoms
  • They have been in contact with someone that has been diagnosed with or has symptoms of the virus (as above)
  • They are currently self-isolating or shielding in line with government guidelines. See government guidelines that are updated regularly for more details.

Hygiene Procedures:

  • Wear own mask in the studio (optional)
  • Please do not bring coats jumpers or any excess clothing or bags. 
  • To avoid congestion at the entrance, please use the bench at the FRONT of the main studio to remove shoes.  (they can be left under the bench.)
  • Please move into the studio as quickly as possible so that only one person is in the entrance area on entering and exiting the studio.
  • Wash and dry hands thoroughly, in line with government guidance, at the start of each session. Hand gel is available at the entrance of the studio.
  • Remain 2 meters apart from other clients and staff.
  • Use of foam headrests or TRX permitted, but please be responsible for wiping down with antibacterial spray and wipes provided at the end of the session, or bring your own block/cushion if you wish.
  • Please try to keep to your given start times as these will be staggered to avoid overcrowding of the studio and public areas.

STAFF & TEACHERS

Staff and Students must not attend the studio if:

  • They have symptoms such as new cough, high temperature, breathing difficulties or any cold/flu symptoms
  • They have been in contact with someone that has been diagnosed with or as symptoms of the virus (as above)
  • They are currently self-isolating or shielding in line with government guidelines. See government guidelines that are updated regularly for more details. https:// 

Hygiene and cleaning procedures:

 

  • Be familiar with client requirements and ensure guidelines are adhered to
  • Help any clients unable to adhere to guidelines, such as wiping down blocks, etc
  • Be responsible for cleaning with anti-bacterial spray all floor’s and surfaces, door handles, at the end of their session
  • The last person in the studio should wipe down all “high traffic” surfaces such as entry, benches, doors, and handles as they leave
  • Wash and dry hands thoroughly, in line with government guidance, at the start of each session. Hand gel is also available in the studios. Ensure handwashing posters are visible.
