POST NATAL FITNESS
Bring along your gorgeous little humans as you rebuild your strength and fitness after birth.
Postnatal classes are available from 6 weeks postnatal (until 9 months) 🙌🏼 We would highly recommend our ´Return to Fitness’ programme for anyone, especially complex births or pelvic floor issues prior to starting postnatal classes, however this class is suitable for all and can be scaled and tailored to everyone’s individual needs. Let’s face it- The babies will be in charge of this class. Plenty of time is set out in this class for fitness, fun and friendship with tea and chats at the end.
PREGNANCY FITNESS
Suitable to anyone from 12 weeks pregnant.
All classes will be tailored to an individuals stage of pregnancy by our specially trained midwives and everything in class can be scaled to suit different pregnancy needs
RETURN TO FITNESS
Return to Fitness 6 week course. Suitable from birth to approx 12 weeks.
A clear focus on rehabilitating the core, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor, and glute strength. We are building on the foundations so that we reduce the chance of incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti. Ensuring more vigorous exercise later on is safe and enjoyable.
